This study aims to discuss about the request of advisory opinions to the Permanent Court of Review (TPR) of Mercosur by the Supreme Federal Court (STF), demonstrating the democratization of access to this Court by the Brazilian Supreme Court. To this end, the study used deductive method, through which part is a general premise for a particular case, and applied research technique is the indirect documentation through documental and bibliographic research. It first, analyzes the creation of the Mercosur, the International Dispute Settlement Means and the Settlement System of block Controversies. Subsequently, checks the creation, the composition, operation and functions of the Permanent Review Tribunal (TPR) of Mercosur, with a focus on advisory function of this Court. Finally, examines the solicitation procedure for advisory opinions by the Supreme Federal Court in order to highlight the democratization of access to permanent Court by brazilians.the Central American economic integration.
