The goal of this work is to analyze the importance of information in the regional integration processes, and thus to exhibit how -regarding the differences that we understand fundamental between two integration systems: MERCOSUR and the European Union- the knowledge of the existence of the MERCOSUR can be spreaded among its population, aiming to consolidate even more this process, through out the use of effective messages, which will lead to a MERCOSUR conscience, generating adherence and common will in the region.
