Achieving rapid organizational change to respond to the new demands arising from the current coronavirus pandemic is the challenge facing business leaders around the world right now. Their challenge is to drive change at three different levels: personal, that of others and the organization. To achieve this purpose, those who are in charge of the companies, according to the experience already obtained from some of them, must develop a series of special managerial skills that allow them to effectively lead the change in the organization; that is why the objective of this research is to show and highlight, based on the review and analysis of bibliographic material and conceptual reflections, the importance for company executives to improve in a singular way some management skills to be able to resist and even reverse the adverse effects of the current international scenario caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19).
