PEPPER-LOZA, Karla Fernanda  and  TERAN-VEGA, Johnny David. The student research hotbed, as a strategy for training of researchers. Rev. Int. Investig. Cienc. Soc. [online]. 2019, vol.15, n.2, pp.263-278. ISSN 2226-4000.  https://doi.org/10.18004/riics.2019.diciembre.263-278.

By understanding that the Semilleros are student, groups constituted and consolidated, close to the Research Groups, which carry out special research training activities. The objective of this article is to make a theoretical contribution in this matter, because you must always be in constant search of strategies in relation to the construction and reconstruction of scientific knowledge, a search that requires daily, persistent moments of reflection and action. of usual practice as researchers. In general, it is concluded that the research nurseries are groups with investigative spirit, capable of knowing, understanding and transforming their own development and their own social and cultural environment, through the production of scientific knowledge, and that if it is maintained in the long term , will favor the conditions so that they become a continuous development and thus contribute significantly to the integration of efforts to reach better levels in the training of researchers.
