Abstract

MARTINEZ-MONTENEGRO, Isnel; VEGA-CARDONA, Raúl José  and  CARRILLO-ROZAS, Gabriel Alejandro. The conversion of the null contract. Notes from Cuban Law. Rev. Int. Investig. Cienc. Soc. [online]. 2019, vol.15, n.1, pp.40-61. ISSN 2226-4000.  https://doi.org/10.18004/riics.2019.junio.40-61.

The absolute nullity of the contract is a clear response of the legal system before the violation of mandatory rules by the contracting parties. However, in the field of law also applies the aphorism that every rule has its exception, and it is precisely the conversion of the null contract who removes the rigid bases on which the theory of absolute nullity of legal acts has always been sustained.

Keywords : nullity of the contract; conversion of the null contract.
