The present study aims to analyze how managers develop the capacity to remain active in the development of a quality education in the democratic process in the schools of the city of Olinda-PE. This research is justified by the difficulties found in the daily life of the managers and their concerns to be competent in articulating the theory x administrative and pedagogical practices developed in the municipal schools of Olinda. How could a better integration of managers to improve the teaching process to ensure a democratic school based on a quality school? This is the problem. The methodology used according to the studies and design was non-experimental, descriptive and quantitative. The participants were 41 managers and was based on questionnaires. The research revealed that a good management and an excellent quality school work flows in a positive way for all those involved in school administration.
