Abstract

The objective of this work has been to identify the internal factors of Human Resources management that influence the labor productivity of beef processing in a Cold Storage Plant. The methodology used was a qualitative, descriptive, based on the case study. Techniques have been used such as: In-depth individual interview, limited group interview, direct observation and documentary analysis. The results obtained in this study show the importance of the participation of the intervening actors; to obtain information that is relevant to the organization that must apply within its Human Resources management policy. It is concluded that it is possible to describe the internal Human Resources management factors that influence the labor productivity of beef processing in the PiqueteCué Fridge, which refers to the internal factors are: the competences (knowledge, skills and Attitudes), compensations (direct and indirect incentives), relationships with employees (promotions and training) and the influential factors in labor productivity in the processing of beef in refrigerators are: attitude, work environment, performance and motivation.
