This article has the essential purpose of defining a set of general criteria and reporting elements that help to guide the implementation action, locally, of a draft child and youth participation. This wants to be, ultimately, a framework document that inspires a certain model of intervention of the youngest in the life of their cities. A model which promotes a transformative dimension of the town or village.
