In health field, the border between Argentina and Paraguay maintains a strong history of international cooperation which has increased in recent years as a result of the occurrence of emerging and reemerging diseases such as cholera, yellow fever, dengue and the rise in tuberculosis. This paper aims to analyze the agreements signed by both countries in relation to health care, particularly those with specific nature related to the border and signed by provincial /departmental jurisdictions.
