Under that organizations have been considered as a factor of sustainable human development, this paper presents the schools, paradigms, theories and concepts related to vocational training to global warming, climate change and natural resource depletion. In the context of environmental issues, human capital formation is essential to establish the lines of discussion on which transit the future of humanity as a civilization of technology, information and organization. As environmental issues are exacerbated, affecting rethinking business objectives as well as the skills of their managers and operational staff. In this sense, it is necessary to discuss the place that organizations have against environmental degradation and technological innovations to be proposed as a solution to imbalance
