Abstract

This article analyzes from a qualitative perspective the different situations of adversity experienced by the population of the San Isidro housing complex, the last built by the hydroelectric Yacyretá, to finish the relocation in the city of Posadas (Argentina). It is designated as the isolation and segregation of this new place of living, which have poor infrastructure and collective services, generates a new space of everyday life difficulties. On the other hand, beyond raising the negative consequences of the relocation, considered as the relegation in the periphery. It stated in this work, that the population relocated, have agency capacity and transformative practices as a mechanism aimed at improving living conditions.
