Abstract: The objective of this work is checking over the postfeminism and the queer theory contributions in the field of present study about gender pedagogy. There are two specific objectives: first, to identify the main investigation lines related with the thematic and second, to present the contribution of the diverse investigators in the education field who adopt the queer approach. This kind of analysis is made in evidence by anglo-saxon pedagogical studies at the beginning of the last decade of the twentieth century. At present, the analysis of the literature in progress allows to identify research lines radically critical of heteronormative discourse legitimized by the modern school. In this sense, the proposed path will allow to transit by the incipient «queer pedagogy», that, at taking distance of the inclusion rhetorical, the diversity or the tolerance, open new routes that make possible other ways to understand the human relationships and the coexistence in the school.
