Abstract: With the construction process of reading and writing emphasizing literacy as a way to offer students and teachers means favorable reflection on the difficulties of reading, and social importance that it is turned on. Uses constructivist media, where mainly highlights social need, as well as cultural transformation from a traditional pedagogical practice, and, above all else, local capacity without coverage in an effective, comprehensive. Thus, the proposal seeks to clarify learning specifying an interaction between teachers and students in a way that it can result in learning. Proposes ways research on the culture of the pedagogical work which identifies information relevant to the process of teaching and learning. Shows that it is important to use effective teaching practice, where the teacher should seek the most used means to bring the student to think where looking through this, make logical sense and articulate the content experienced in the room
