The conclusion is drawn that, as in the rest of Latinamerica, the areas that concentrate most of investment are those related to capital assets, specially software and hardware. However, it is worth noting that the incorporation of exogenous technology does not necessarily goes along with an equivalent level of training and creation of inner knowledge that leads to adaptation and improving of incorporated technology.
