Abstract: The article analyzes the way of adult education from the historical view, understanding ethics in the construction of practice and reflection in the ethnographic way of a practice room. In the educational process and in particular the education of youth and adults there is an ethical sense linked to the political sense and to the technical sense, that is to establish a relationship with the development of the practice perceives an uneasiness with the duty undertaken by the educator, in the process of construction of a practice in the classroom, by the formation of values acquired in his or her professional training grounded in ethical attitudes. Thus there is a link between the ethical sense and competence in the action of the educator, which is revealed in the practice room.  When the educator acts with conscience, will and reflective attitude walk in search of his or her ethical goals. This social and political dimension, teaching practices have a strong ethical component, with the commitment of educators with their students, because the possibility of an education, from an ethical view, respecting the diversity socio cultural of the postmodern world, which enhances the development of individuals, helping significantly throughout life, in the way of construction and in the human society through the process of socialization.
