This article aims to examine fundamental questions about the school management in the face of new demands that the school faces in the on text of a society that is democratizing and transforming. Understand the difference in school administration and school management is essential to the understanding of modern practices of educational institutions. Another important point is to understand the limitations of the static model of the school and its leadership, the transition from a static to a dynamic, decentralization, democratization of school management and training of School managers, more specifically in this study is that the school principal being an entrepreneur and consequently adopt entrepreneurship as an alternative educational administration.
