SUMMARY. The aim of this investigation was to evaluate the yield, chemical composition and In Vitro digestibility Hydroponic Green Forage (HGF) of wheat harvested at days 8 and 10. There have been recorded average yields of Green Matter (GM) of 1.80 and 1.62 kg/m² and Dry Matter (DM) of 0.20 and 0.16 kg/m² at days 8 and 10, respectively, finding statistically significant differences (p<0.05) for DM. The chemical composition of 3 of the 4 components analyzed were quite similar between the harvest days (DM: 11.35vs. 10.17%; Neutral Detergent Fiber(NDF): 50.48vs. 49,00%;Acid Detergent Fiber(ADF): 21,31 vs. 26,53%, for days 8 and 10, respectively (p>0.05). But Crude Protein (CP) which was 30.02vs. 26.28% for 8 and 10, respectively was different P<0.05). The In Vitro dry matter digestibility (IVDMD) have shown statistically significant differences (p<0.05; 53.22vs. 56.68% for 8 and 10, respectively), but not In Vitro organic Matter digestibility (IVOMD; p>0.05; 52.05 vs. 53.95% for 8 and 10, respectively). Thus concluding that the FVH Wheat under the conditions of this study has an intermediate quality.

Palabras clave : Hydroponics; performance; composition bromatological; In vitro digestibility; wheat.
