Natural resources considered for this research are part of the socioeconomic dynamics of the com- munity. The overall objective of the research was Develop the fund to a Public Politics of Natural Resources management linked to Sustainable Development from the Itauguá city, and the specifics: Identify reference keys ecosystems in the Town, Explain the socioeconomic and political context of the influence area from the chosen sites, Annalise the strategies of the Natural resources management for the chosen sites, Set UP the basement between the natural resources management and sustainable development. All management strategy projected must be aligned to the sustainable development objectives, but above all, should Be set UP strategic alliances between Government institutions present or not in the territory, the Town (as main interested), local productions unions and members of civil Society, whose participation and commitment depends the success of every project.
