Using as tool the ecological niche modeling technique (ENM), in this work we look for to estimate the potential geographic distribution of Phyllomedusa tetraploidea in Paraguay. We used occurrence data of the species and climatic layers extracted from the WorldClim database. The models were generated using the Maxent program. Our results identified new regions of suitability which the species could be present, mainly in the east of the country, part of them included overall of ten protected areas of Paraguay.
