Habitat changes and changes in the diversity of small mammals are associated. This research aims to determine the relationship of nonvolant micro-mammals (Rodentia and Didelphimorphia) in three sites with different degrees of disturbance of the Mbaracayú Forest Nature Reserve. The methodology used was capture recapture mark in three sites, in two seasons of the year, in 2015 and 2016. The total of registered species was 17, of which 13 species were rodents and 4 were didelphids. Akodon montensis and Hylaeamys megacephalus were the most abundant species throughout the sampling. These species of rodents adapt to different degrees of disturbance, therefore they are the most conspicuous. The most common didelphid species in the study was Gracilinanus agilis, which could be adapted to the different degrees of habitat disturbance given its occurrence at all sites.
