The actions of social, cultural, economic, political and technological development influence the production, access, availability, income, market, quality and supply of food aimed at the vulnera ble population. It is a challenge to present concrete actions to promote efficient processes that guarantee food security in Latin America. In this work, some aspects in the form of mutual su pport that propose the development of a society in order to achieve a dignified life are actively, dynamically and jointly integrated. Markets and family farming, accompanied by the application of agroecology, decent employment, environmental culture, obtaining safe and nutritious pro ducts, as well as cultural availability, refer efforts to endorse health and education within the framework of sustainability; all this with the support of specific collaboration programs, which are complements of national and international commitments, necessary to satisfy the demand of a growing society and to subtract the effects of food globalization in our región.
