Abstract

The objective of the research is to identify the amount of scientific articles published on the topic Organizational Climate in the Scopus database, according to predefined parameters. The results of the narrative and systematic review of articles that study the Organizational Climate are presented. The established time frame is between 2014 and May 2018, in order to describe and analyze the contents, approaches, types of studies, contributions, variables, samples, statistical techniques, areas to which they correspond and the journals that deal with them. of such a theme. We opted for a mixed, non-experimental, cross-sectional and descriptive review; by means of which it was concluded that there is a low level of interest on the part of the authors in the qualitative research approach; as well as, a limited number of case and conceptual studies. Of the 32 studies, 6 correspond to the search for the efficiency of the organizational climate scale.
