CARDOZO, Soledad  y  KWAN-CHUNG, Chap Kau. The Technique of Systematic Review Applied to the Leadership Style. Poblac.Desarro. [online]. 2019, vol.25, n.48, pp.67-78. ISSN 2076-054X.  https://doi.org/10.18004/pdfce/2076-054x/2019.025(48)067-078.

The aim of the work presented below is to investigate leadership styles in scientific publications, through a meta-analysis. It is a non-experimental, cross-sectional, analytical and descriptive stu dy. For the identification of the payroll of articles studied, the Web of Science database was used in the period between 2013 and 2017. This resulted in a total of 28 scientific publications, which in turn were excluded 3 as a result of not meeting the requirements of the work. A striking as pect thrown by this research is the scarce use of the pilot test for case studies. Thus, they are oriented remarkably towards the education and health sectors, as well as field studies. In the last two years analyzed, no conceptual studies were found. As for the styles most referred to by the authors of the articles studied, they are cited 9 times as democratic, 7 times as transformational, 5 times as authoritative and also 5 times as transactional. It is also added that only one author included 5 types of leadership in a single study.
