Insulinoma is rare neuroendocrine tumor, with an incidence of 1-4 cases per million inhabitants / year. Develops sporadically in patients with no hereditary syndrome or with multiple endocrine tumor type 1.The diagnosis is established based on the finding of neuroglycopenic and hypoglycemic symptoms and by biochemical tests. We present the clinical case from in our Center. In wich we performed a corporocaudal pancreatectomy and splenectomy.
