ABSTRACT The buccal fat of the face (Bichat) is a very good alternative filler for sealing large bucosinusales fistulas and those relapsing to other treatments. Both the volume and vascular richness and versatility features you get with the flap, makes it well tolerated and with lower rate of complications.
