Post operative lymphatic fistula is a rare complication in surgeries of the inguinal region and are attributed to inadvertent lesions of small lymphatic vessels. For its management, conservative options are available, such as administration of somatostatin, low-medium-chain fatty acid diet and / or parenteral nutrition; and continuous vacuum aspiration or treatment with iodopovidone. In this paper we present two cases of chylous fistula after renal transplant surgery in childs, which were resolved by treatment with iodopovidone solution.
