ABSTRACT Background: Research studies about female sexuality during such an important phase as pregnancy, are few and not always published. Main Idea: Study some aspects of the female sexual activities during pregnancy. Materials and method: They were interviewed using a structured form sexual activity during 2011. Parenthood and demographic data has been collected. For the statistical analysis the SPSS V.15.0 program was used. Results: Significant changes in the first trimester of pregnancy related to their usual condition and sexual interest which decreased on the third trimester related to their desire and sexual satisfaction. In fact, 81% of the women interviewed did not recognize these changes during pregnancy. Conclusion: An educative effort has to be considered by the Health workers in order to take away the pregnant women’s and their couple’s fears. We highlight the importance of a good sexual education to experience a full sexual health. Key Words: sexuality. Sexual activity. Sexual Health. Eroticism. Libido
