SUMMARY Cysts of the adrenal gland are rare lesions, usually asymptomatic unless they reach a sufficient size to cause symptoms caused by compression to adjacent organs. The diagnosis is made incidentally when performing imaging studies by another indication. Here is a case of an asymptomatic patient with a non-functional left adrenal cyst. The diagnosis was confirmed by pathological anatomy. This is a review of the literature and the diagnostic and therapeutic options. Key words: Cyst; Adrenal gland; Diagnostic Imaging
