ABSTRACT Peutz-Jeghers syndrome is one of the most important familial hamartomatous polyposis syndromes, and is associated with significant morbidity, variable clinical course and considerable predisposition to malignancy. We report the case of a young man with Peutz-Jeghers syndrome and a history of previous surgery for intussusception. Key words: Peutz-Jeghers syndrome, intussusceptions, intestinal obstruction
