Abstract

CACERES PAREDES, Ignacio. Loco Regional Anesthesia (LRA) of aerial, with sedation and breathing in spontaneity in patients programmed for rigid bronchoscopy with ages between 18 and 70 years. An. Fac. Cienc. Méd. (Asunción) [online]. 2008, vol.41, n.3, pp.10-17. ISSN 1816-8949.

Nowadays diverse anesthesia protocols are applied in the procedure of the rigid bronchoscopy. In most cases general anesthesia is used, with inhalatory agents or intravenous medicines. In this simple random study, which is based with the study of 40 patients programmed for rigid bronchoscopy with ages between 18 and 70 years, you will be able to compare and evaluate the effectiveness of the loco regional anesthesia (LRA) of aerial, sedation and breathing with topic anesthesia and sedation. Groups of 20 people are divided, each one are homogeneous with respect to classification ASA, American Society of Anesthesiologists, the age, sex, the type and the duration of the procedures. To the patients of Group I (impair) the procedure of the loco regional anesthesia (LRA) is made by aerial sedation and breathing in spontaneity, blocking the nerve, superior and inferior larynx and of the language, the gold pharynx with spray of Lidocaina to 10%, and the integral patients of the Group II (pair) the topic anesthesia is applied with sedation. When analyzing the effectiveness of the anesthesia, comparing both techniques with the measurement of the hemodynamics and respiratory variables, the degree of satisfaction of the neumology during the procedure, the satisfaction and opinion of the patients, settles down that the loco regional anesthesia (LRA) aerial sedation and breathing in spontaneity is effective for the procedures with bronchoscope rigid, since offers better conditions for the patients and bronchoscopyst and displays greater hemodynamic stability than the topic anesthesia and sedation.
