It is presented in this report the case of an 11 years old, female patient, with a sympthomatic pheochromocytoma, that has been surgical removed by videolaparoscopic technique, and it is described the pre and intraoperative pharmacological management with adrenergic blockers of this unusual, but potencially lifethreatening condition in the pediatric population.
