Introduction: Male breast cancer is an entity very few frequent This fact, adding the few diffusion of its existence and the proximity of the gland to the adjoining structures contribute to diagnoses in advance stadium generally. Objective: To present the Cancer National Institute's cases report. Material and Method: Descriptive-retrospective study based on data from the Clinical Histories of eleven cases attended at the Cancer National Institute in a period of 25 years, Results: Eleven males were attended with anatomopathology diagnoses of breast cancer. All of them presented breast tumour which was the consult motive in ten cases, because the left had already been operated in another center. Two patients presented axillary adenopaty, one patient presented secretion by the nipple and other presented lumbar pain added. Nine patients were diagnosed by Fine Needle Puntion, being needed a formal biopsy in only one. The treatment consisted in the modified radical mastectomy in ten patients; the left received chemotherapy because he refused the surgery. The follow-up was deficient and does not apport relevant dates. Discussion: The rareness of this pathology in the male makes too difficult, so in the great centers, to realize aleatory randomize studies that help in a better understanding and management. With this descriptive work, it's the intention of the authors to create a consciousness of its existence and to collaborate with its diffusion.
