Oral anticoagulant therapy with coumarin derivates is used broadly to prevent recurrent arterial and venous thrombosis. The response to coumarin derivates depends on several factors, such as sex, age, diet, drugs and probably genetics factors. In this paper, we studied the role of these genetics factors on acenocoumarol sensitivity.
