We report a case of bilateral Digerminoma in a 17 years old patient, who comes to consult with a Doctor, due to the alteration of her menstrual period, abdominal growth of six month of evolution. The laboratory exam present a fetus , HCG, within normal limits, CA 125, sligthly enlarged. A pelvic ecographical exam was made and it indicates a anexus mass (lump) to the rigth, and which confirms the diagnosis of a tumor in the ovary. A surgical treatment is indicated, and later, to help chemotherapy. Then establish a new laparotomy and following Revaluation.
