Life expectancy is extended in allcountries and goes accompanied of an increase of disability and dependency. The domiciliary medical visits not only are growing necessity but constitute an important part of management of resources, because most of the problems can be solved at home thus avoiding expensive and often unnecessary hospitalizations.
