Mastocytosis is a disease who characterized by an abnormal accumulation of mast cells in one or more organs. It is infrequent and presents many clinical forms, mainly affecting the skin, being in most cases with good prognosis. The release of chemical mediators such as histamine, unleashes symptoms can be striking. It presents case of maculo - papular cutaneous mastocytosis, classically known as urticaria pigmentosa in an infant. Is performed a review of the pathology, with emphasis on management, don’t have a specific treatment, so is very important the hygiene and dietary measures.
