ARROM, Cristina et al. Indicators of child sexual abuse in girls and boys from vulnerable sectors of the Central Department and Asunción. Year 2020. Rev. Soc. cient. Parag. [online]. 2022, vol.27, n.2, pp.31-43. ISSN 2617-4731. https://doi.org/10.32480/rscp.2022.27.2.31.
Abstract: This study was conducted to examine and identify the presence of specific indicators of child sexual abuse through graphic tests of boys and girls between 5 and 12 years of age, based on the findings of the 7 indicators of Boscato. The drawings of 40 boys and girls with child sexual abuse and 40 boys and girls without child sexual abuse as a control group were evaluated, from vulnerable sectors of the Central Department and Asunción, of institutions that assist to boys and girls, in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The results show a significant and important difference in the presence of 6 of the 7 graphic indicators of child sexual abuse (except the somatic record indicator) in the group of cases compared to the control group, correlating this with the diagnosis of child sexual abuse.
