ABSTRACT. The objective of the study was to evaluate the effect of the combination of autovaccine and autohemovaccine in the treatment of bovine papillomatosis. Thirty bovines with signs of papillomatosis were randomly selected. Three groups were formed with 10 animals in each one and proceeded to perform the treatment corresponding to each group. T1: with autovaccine, T2: with autohemovaccine, T3: with autovaccine plus autohemovaccine. Three doses of each treatment were performed, with an interval of 7 days observing the number of papillomas and their form from day 0, day 7, day 15 to day 30. The averages of the number of papillomas that were obtained at the end of treatments and Observations were: for treatment 1 the mean was 29.3; In treatment 2 it was 7.7; And treatment 3 was 3.8. When performing the statistical analysis for each application of the different treatments, significant differences (p <0.05) were obtained on day 0 between treatments 1 and 3; On day 7 and 15 there was no significant difference (p> 0.05) and on day 30 the difference was significant (p <0.05) between treatments 1 and 3, in favor of treatment 3.
