This paper presents the evaluation of the Impact of the specialization of Network-based Learning and pedagogical leadership in the pedagogical training of teachers in secondary education, a degree offered by the Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences of the National University of Asunción (FACEN- UNA) framed in the Educator Training Program (PROCEMA). The instruments used have been both qualitative and quantitative; that is, documents, records of files, direct observation, survey. We worked with a sample of 90%,that is 270 teachers, and 100 directors, in the period between July and August 2018. It is concluded that at the beginning of the course a minimum number of participants had some preparation in the field of design, development and implementation of methodologies and techniques focused on pedagogical innovation, but express that the successful pedagogical management in the institutions depends on the leadership leadership and / or colleagues within the institution.
