Covid-19 has generated the massive closure of face-to-face activities, affecting almost 1.6 billion students in more than 190 countries around the world, and forcing the deployment of distance learning modalities; In this context, the objective of this study was to determine the association between the variables, technological and social conditions of access to distance education, and the intention of returning to blended education in university students from the public and private sectors of the city of Huancayo - Peru to 2021. The design was descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional; with a sample size of 325 university students made up of women and men between 17 and 40 years old; the data collection instrument was a 13-item questionnaire. Among the main results, regarding the technological and social conditions of access to distance education, most of the students are in an intermediate condition and/or in good conditions, and a low percentage do not have adequate minimum conditions. for their optimal academic performance; Likewise, regarding the intention of the students to return soon to semi-attendance, the majority agree or have a neutral response, and a smaller percentage disagree. In conclusion, a high percentage of students have good or intermediate conditions of access to distance education, and do not intend to return to a blended education soon; that is, a setback of the pandemic does not modify the intention of returning to semi-attendance.
