The identification of the oral lesions in patients with AIDS is very important, because the appropriate treatment of them is based on correct diagnosis and considering the factor of immunosuppression in which they find, they need and deserve a special handling. Objetive: Identify and quantify the oral lesions presents in patients with HIV + (AIDS) during the intermediate/chronic and final/crisis phase, in ambulatory and hospitalized patients, involved in the National Program against AIDS known as PRONASIDA from the Republic of Paraguay. Methods: A observational descriptive study cross cut was realize, with a total of 30 patients with positive serology for HIV, 23 male and 7 female, with an average age of 37 (+/- 9.22) years old. During the study was recorded the bucal lesions in a medical file previously elaborated, such lesions was photographed an attached to each patient file. The observers were calibrated throughdiagnostic imaging whit a witness and it throw a KAPPA value equal to 100%. Results: The most common oral lesions registered according to this study was: Candidiasis, unspecified Ulcer, Herpetic lesions and Angular Cheilitis type. Conclusion: Statistically in this population was observed that the most common oral lesion found in patients with AIDS is produced by Candida the genus albicans, mainly affecting the tongue and palate
