CHIRI SARAVIA, Paulo Cesar; ASMAD MENA, Gimmy Roberto; PAREJA BALLON, Aydé Yrene  and  PINAS, Haydee Flores. Research culture and scientific production in postgraduate teachers. Rev. ciente. UCSA [online]. 2023, vol.10, n.2, pp.114-122. ISSN 2409-8752.  https://doi.org/10.18004/ucsa/2409-8752/2023.010.02.114.

The pandemic forced teachers to assume new research skills that allow them to contribute to the research culture, this study aimed to explain the relationship between research culture and scientific production in postgraduate teachers at a national university. At a descriptive, correlational level, with a hypothetical-deductive method, with a quantitative approach, for which a sample of 60 teachers was studied, the survey and the questionnaire were used as data collection instruments. The positive and direct relationship of .839 (significance = .000˂.050) between research culture and scientific production in postgraduate teachers at a national university was concluded, which indicated that the processes within the promotion of research culture in the institution to be improved will bring greater scientific production.
