Abstract

From the perspective of this study, the objective of the research considers “to determine the relationship of work motivation with the performance of employees at Industrias Súper Sport S.R.L. - 2021 ". Within the methodology, a non-experimental design was developed, with a quantitative approach, correlational descriptive scope. The sample was census and was made up of 105 Super Sport collaborators. For data collection, the survey was used as a technique, in the same way the questionnaire as an instrument with 36 items for both variables. For data processing in the inferential environment according to the normality test, the Spearman Rho statistician was used, finding positive correlations. For the general hypothesis, the correlation found was (r = 0.764) indicating that the relationship is direct and positive, concluding that work motivation is significantly related to the work performance of employees at Industrias Súper Sport S.R.L - 2021.
