Abstract
BORJA CASTILLO, J.C.. Electronic commerce application for peruvian commercial micro enterprises. Rev. ciente. UCSA [online]. 2020, vol.7, n.1, pp.31-38. ISSN 2409-8752. https://doi.org/10.18004/ucsa/2409-8752/2020.007.01.031-038.
The research carried out presented a business alternative (electronic commerce) applied to commercial microenterprises that are constituted by natural persons, this type of business was called neighborhood small stores, which have had a sustainable permanence of commercialization over time. However, with the arrival of imported franchises in the format of convenience stores they are posing a threat to their businesses. The research proposed as a general hypothesis: the application of electronic commerce does influence the improvement of the profitability of commercial microenterprises. There were 380 samples from wineries located in the north and east of the city, places of greater population of this type of business were analyzed and Rho-Spearman test was used to measure the correlation of variables through the SPSS v25 software, resulting in a high correlation and therefore of acceptance of the silver hypothesis at 95.8%.Finally, it was concluded that it is feasible for Peruvian commercial microenterprises to adopt electronic commerce in their businesses and take risks, in order to obtain the loyalty of their clients for years, given the expansion of international franchises in the format of convenience stores, they are having more market share every year.
