Iatrogenic Cushing syndrome is commonly caused by the use of corticosteroids orally, topically, or inhaled, but by intranasal use is extremely rare. The risk of developing adrenal insufficiency secondary to topical corticosteroid use is rare, but always present. We present the case of a patient with Cushing's symptoms and a laboratory compatible with adrenal insufficiency secondary to the intranasal use of corticosteroids.
